The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Financial Analysis team is looking for an Experienced Business Unit Integrator (Financial Controls) to support our Financial Controls team in Mesa, Arizona; Berkeley or Hazelwood, MO; or Philadelphia or Ridley Park, PA.Did you know? With the AH-64E Apache helicopter in production until at least 2028, the Apache will serve the U.S. Army and its partner nations as the world’s primary attack helicopter into the 2060s.
As the ExperiencedBusiness Unit Integrator, you will be a key player in our strategic initiatives by collaborating with Program/Project Managers and Control Account Managers to oversee cost and schedule baselines, variance analysis, monthly financial forecasts, Estimates at Completion (EAC), and the Long-Range Business Plan. Your expertise will be critical in identifying opportunities and mitigating risks and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts or programs
Compiles data from multiple sources and develops performance reports
Initiates variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to management
Makes recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends
Develops business cases using appropriate indices
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.
120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, business, or other related field
1+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
1+ years of Experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
Experience with the Cost Schedule Planning & Reporting (CSPR)
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities
Experience working with the financial EAC process, LRBP & forecast process, budget baseline process, control account EAC process, and Cost Schedule Planning & Reporting (CSPR)
Experience in Program Management Best Practices (i.e., Requirements Management, Resource Management, Integrated Planning and Scheduling, Financial Oversight (EVM), Program Performance Management, Supplier Integration, RIO (Risk, Issue, Opportunity) Management, Program Communication, Senior Leadership Reviews, etc.)
Interfacing with senior management or program management
Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Pennsylvania: $85,000 - $115,000
Summary pay range for Arizona and Missouri: $79,050 - $106,950
