How do I register for Empeon Hub? ›

After providing your email to you HR or Payroll department, they will send you an email invitation to register your ESS Hub. The email will come from notifications@em.empeon.com and look like the email below. Click the blue button that says “Register Account” to begin setting up your account.

Empeon's Employee Self-Service (ESS) Hub offers employees the convenience of 24/7 access to review and manage their essential employment and pay information. Additionally, ESS serves as a direct channel for employers and their employees to share messages, documents, and tasks in a clear and confidential manner.

If activated, a tab on the lefthand menu for Time Off will be available. In this section employees can view their accrual balances and submit time off requests. Employees can also view the status of their upcoming time off requests as well as past dates where time off was taken.

Ask your manager or the human resources department where you can locate them electronically. Typically, companies who house them electronically have them on a payroll service website which requires an employee login and password.

Under Payroll on ESS, click Online Pay Statement and the most recent pay period stub will appear.

From within the employee's profile, navigate to to their Direct Deposit information: Payroll > Direct Deposit. If there are bank accounts already set it, it will show here. If there are no accounts set up, there will be a grey button that says "+ Add Direct Deposit".

If you ever forget your password, click the “I forgot my password” link to reset it. When you first login to Empeon Hub; you will be taken to the home screen.

How do I request time off on ESS? ›

After logging into ESS, click on the Time Off tab on the left side of the screen. Verify entries are accurate, then select the Reason from drop down box and click Make Request. An email will be sent to your manager. You will receive an automatic email response once the manager has accepted or declined the request.

The “Register Account” link will take you to a secure web portal. You will first be required to verify your identity by keying in your social security number. You will then be instructed to create your unique username and password.
