A warm thank you to ALLIANCE FARINE for visiting Omas Industries 🌐 We spent two intense and productive days, during which we had the opportunity to showcase and demonstrate our technologies and innovations. During our tour at Grandi Molini Italiani SpA, we experienced firsthand the Dry Scrubbing Technology applied to the Omas Dante Extraction Booster. This technology allows the removal of the waterproof shell of the wheat, resulting in a reduction of wheat ash by up to 4%, higher flour yield by up to 1%, and a reduction in wheat conditioning time by about 30%.We are deeply grateful for the interest shown and the collaboration.
